Your daily doing will involve
- You’ll support our HR, Finance, and Office Management teams, gaining insights into various areas of the company
- You’ll independently handle administrative tasks and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly
- You’ll play an active role in onboarding new employees and help them get off to a great start on the team
- You’ll be responsible for our monthly internal newsletter—from concept to execution
- You’ll be the primary point of contact for travel expense reimbursement and ensure the process runs smoothly
- You’ll solicit quotes and take on exciting research tasks
- You’ll support our presence at college fairs and represent snapAddy to the outside world
- You’ll contribute to organizing our annual CRM Experience—one of the highlights of the snapAddy year
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in any field
- Ideally, some initial experience in a business-related field
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Enjoy interacting with colleagues and customers, as well as working with software
- A meticulous, structured, and independent work style, as well as analytical thinking
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- A weekly work schedule of about 15 hours, primarily at our office in downtown Würzburg, would be desirable so that you can best support our team on-site
