snapAddy builds software that makes B2B sales more efficient. Our products—VisitReport, BusinessCards, LeadResearch, and DataAgents—are used by hundreds of companies. We’re growing, we’re profitable, and we’re ready to tackle the next chapter with determination. To do this, we need a marketing professional who knows how to scale a SaaS company beyond the $10 million ARR mark.
Your daily doing will involve
- You’ll continue to build out revenue marketing and demand generation on an already solid foundation: pipeline growth is your key metric, not likes or impressions.
- You’ll be responsible for our marketing attribution from start to finish. We work with Dreamdata and want to finally gain a clear understanding of which channels actually convert.
- You’ll drive our GEO strategy forward. Google Search is losing importance, while generative AI search is gaining ground. You know how to create content that appears in AI responses.
- You’ll integrate AI tools into marketing workflows—from content production and SEO to lead qualification—making the team faster and more effective.
- You will lead our marketing team, drive its development, and remain closely involved in day-to-day operations so you can roll up your sleeves and get things done.
- You will manage the website, SEA, LinkedIn Ads, and content strategy with the goal of generating qualified inbound leads.
- You will coordinate our annual industry conference “crm experience” (approx. 450 attendees) and our trade show appearances with our event managers.
- You will report directly to senior management with clear metrics and clear analysis.
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the marketing department of a B2B SaaS company. Important: This experience must have been gained during a genuine growth phase, i.e., starting from $10 million ARR and up. Early-stage experience alone is not sufficient for us.
- You have not only coordinated revenue marketing and demand generation, but also built them up from the ground up and made them measurable.
- You have hands-on experience with marketing attribution. Tools like Dreamdata or comparable solutions are familiar to you.
- GEO and AI-powered search are not just buzzwords to you. You understand how content strategy is evolving and have already worked with it.
- You have actively integrated AI tools into marketing processes, not just tried them out.
- Excellent German and English skills. You will need both languages on a regular basis.
- Hands-on mentality: You can lead while still rolling up your sleeves when it counts.
