Do you want to kickstart your career in B2B sales and take on your first responsibilities for clients?
As a Junior Account Manager (m/f/d), you will independently manage an assigned portfolio of existing customers. Your focus will be on proactively, systematically, efficiently, and customer-focusedly handling contract renewals. In this way, you will ensure that customers receive personalized support, continue to make optimal use of their solutions, and remain satisfied snapAddy customers in the long term.

Your daily doing will involve

  • You manage a broad, scalable customer base—companies of all sizes that already use snapAddy and have not yet reached their full potential
  • You strategically develop long-term customer relationships
  • You proactively contact customers before their contracts expire and guide them through the renewal process
  • You identify growth opportunities and cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • You support our customers in implementing our solutions
  • You work closely with the sales and product teams to continuously improve our customer offerings
  • You create and implement account strategies to increase revenue
  • You participate in trade shows and events for customer acquisition and retention

Your profile

  • You have gained initial experience in B2B sales, customer success, account management, customer service, or a similar role
  • You are interested in SaaS products, digital sales processes, and CRM systems (experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP is a plus)
  • You have a technical understanding of SaaS solutions and their implementation
  • You communicate with customers in a professional and confident manner
  • You are highly self-motivated and work independently
  • You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English
