Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir dich als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Finance & Accounting. Du unterstützt unser Operations-Team bei der Sicherstellung sauberer und vollständiger Umsatzdaten. Dabei erhältst du tiefe Einblicke in die Schnittstelle zwischen Finance, Sales und Account Management in einem wachsenden B2B SaaS-Unternehmen, arbeitest mit modernen Tools und entwickelst an internen Reporting-Dashboards.
Dein Aufgabengebiet
  • Anlage neuer Kunden, Deals und Rechnungen sowie Pflege bestehender Vertragsunterlagen
  • Weiterentwicklung interner Dashboards zum Monitoring von Umsatzströmen
  • Eigenverantwortliches Reporting ans Management und Operations
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Datenprozesse rund um Angebots-, Lizenz- und Vertragsmanagement
  • Verantwortung für unser Accounting-Postfach
Das solltest du mitbringen
  • Du stehst am Ende deines Bachelor-Studiums oder bist bereits im Master - idealerweise in Accounting-nahen Studiengängen
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, präzise und hast ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen und Datenqualität
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit CRM-Systemen, ERP-Tools oder MS Excel sind von Vorteil
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Du denkst prozessorientiert und scheust dich nicht, Unstimmigkeiten proaktiv anzusprechen und zu lösen
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig und zuverlässig - auch wenn es um die Details geht

What it's all about
We are looking for you to join our team as a working student in the area of Finance & Accounting. You will support our Operations team in ensuring accurate and complete sales data. In doing so, you will gain deep insights into the interface between finance, sales, and account management in a growing B2B SaaS company, work with modern tools, and develop internal reporting dashboards.
Your daily doing will involve
  • Creation of new customers, deals, and invoices, as well as maintenance of existing contract documents
  • Further development of internal dashboards for monitoring revenue streams
  • Independent reporting to management and operations
  • Collaboration in the continuous improvement of our data processes related to quotation, license, and contract management
  • Responsibility for our accounting mailbox
Your profile
  • You are nearing the end of your bachelor's degree or are already studying for your master's degree – ideally in accounting-related subjects
  • You work in a structured and precise manner and have a good feel for numbers and data quality
  • Initial experience with CRM systems, ERP tools, or MS Excel is an advantage
  • You have very good German and English skills
  • You think in a process-oriented manner and are not afraid to proactively address and resolve discrepancies
  • You work independently and reliably - even when it comes to the details
