Your daily doing will involve

  • Support and development of existing key customers
  • Strategic building of long-term customer relationships
  • Identification of growth opportunities and cross-selling possibilities
  • Supporting our customers with the implementation of our solutions
  • Working closely with the sales and product teams to improve the customer offering
  • Creating and implementing account strategies to increase sales
  • Attending trade fairs and events to acquire and maintain customers

Your profile

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in account management or B2B sales
  • Experience with CRM systems (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP)
  • Technical understanding of SaaS solutions and their implementation
  • Professional and confident appearance in customer communication
  • High level of self-motivation and independent working style
  • German and English spoken and written with business fluency
