What it's all about

As a Partner Account Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to actively help shape and develop our sales partner network. You will identify suitable partners, support them from the initial contact through to active collaboration, and work with them to tap into new sales opportunities. This role offers you the chance to take on responsibility from the very beginning, build a robust network in the CRM and SaaS industries, and develop your skills within a growing company characterized by short decision-making processes.

Your daily doing will involve

  • Recruiting new national and international distribution partners
  • Independently managing your partner relationships - from initial contact through to long-term collaboration
  • Developing existing partnerships and contributing to revenue and growth targets
  • Planning and conducting product presentations, training sessions, and webinars
  • Attending trade shows and partner events, occasionally as a speaker
  • Contributing to the further development of our partner program

Your profile

  • Initial experience in sales or business development – candidates with a background in a technical or
  • consulting-related field and an affinity for IT are welcome
  • Quick learner with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new products, processes, and contacts
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, SAP)
  • A structured and self-directed work style
  • Strong communication skills in direct customer contact—both written and verbal
  • Confident demeanor, including in presentation and event settings
  • Very good German skills as well as good written and spoken English
